The varied ticket charges for IEEE SPS members, IEEE members, and non-IEEE members at the event reflect the differential access to exclusive benefits.

Accommodation facilities might vary on a first come first serve basis

An email in regard to your registration will be sent to the email address that you have used for registration

Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?

Is there preferred accommodation I can book?
We could book hotels for delegates at their own risk by billing separately prior to the event

We'll arrange the transportation facilities in accordance to the accommodation that you prefer

Do I get participation certificates for SIGMA?
Participation certificates worth KTU Activity points will be provided to the delegates only upon mandatory attendance on both days of the event.
